At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred

Experience in the CPG industry, Hospitality/ Restaurant industry or Retail Industry preferred

You have experience with Sales KPI's and know how to achieve quotas and goals

Ability to consistently start at 7am, M-F

Ability to lift cases of water (approximately 20 lbs each)

Provides reports to management on activities, forecasts, sales funnels, and projects accurately and on time.

Attends and works industry trade show exhibits and meetings as determined by Sales & Mktg Management.

Manages territory expense budget within corporate parameters. Submits expense reports weekly.

Attend sales meetings, seminars or educational activities to stay current with market trends, regulations and maintain state licensing

6 months retail sales and/or customer service experience

Utilizes specialized knowledge and training in order to sell specialized home furnishing solutions, such as kitchens, bath, storage systems, services, etc.

Applies basic measurement techniques and understanding of planning, design, and construction to ensure customer orders are correct and to specification.

Ensures implementation of working routines, competence development and follow-up of Commercial Review and Compliance (ASR) related to the role and functions.

Bachelor’s degree with equivalent field clinical/sales experience.

Minimum 2+ years medical device, pharmaceutical, or related sales experience.

Experience selling cardiac monitoring equipment or cardiac related devices.

Direct selling experience to physicians and hospitals.

Establish pricing packages to establish price points that address specific customer's needs while satisfying company guidelines and policies.

History and relationships with key players in the cardiac monitoring industry.

Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles

Proven understanding of the insurance industry including insurance products, risk management and any state and federal regulations

Basic computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary

Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills are required

Ensure bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records are maintained to report progress toward monthly initiatives to stakeholders

Maintain and grow existing portfolios by developing and implementing effective and attentive sales strategies that cultivate long-term customer loyalty

Manages and utilizes time effectively to ensure department and individual goals are achieved.

2+ years’ experience in insurance claims processing or customer support.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Training or education in medical terminology or veterinary technician support a plus.

Education in medical terminology or veterinary technician support is a plus.

Responds promptly and professionally to inbound calls, online chats, and emails regarding policy coverage and claims.

You have a few years of enterprise technology sales management experience

You have experience with the sales cycle; prospecting, qualification, verbal presentation, and closing using a repeatable process

Hourly increase to $18/hr after training
