Expert knowledge of ICH, GLP, GCP, and GMP FDA regulatory requirements, with previous experience in the US and Europe

Previous experience as Head of QA preferred

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including scientific writing/editing, presentation, and verbal communication

Provide Quality Assurance oversight and support of ongoing GxP activities for clinical-stage development.

Develop and maintain GxP Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) policies and controlled documents in partnership with the teams.

Ensure compliance with established company quality policies, practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulations

Lead and manage scientists involved with the research and development of cell therapy programs

Minimum 10 years biotech industry experience specializing in cell therapy and Immuno-oncology

Relevant industry experience in managing scientists and leading research projects is required.

Plan, develop and prioritize R&D efforts and ensure internal resources are allocated correctly.

Actively manages direct reports including development and performance management

Adherence to project budgets and contracts including scope and scope changes, timeline deliverables and active management of resources

Has advanced scientific knowledge of HA Regulatory Guidance and Regulations

Has advanced understanding of electronic common technical document (eCTD) format and requirements of regulatory submissions

Provides strategic advice in evaluating impact and necessary filing requirements and strategies for drug product post-approval changes/variations

Minimum of 20 or more years of biotech or pharmaceutical experience with a proven track record in the areas of PK/PD/translational/pharmacology/toxicology

Monoclonal antibody and/or bispecific antibody experience with Oncology/Immuno-oncology is required.

PhD or equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline is required.

Familiarity with small start-up environments

Head of Translational Sciences – VP/SVP level

This is an onsite position where the candidate will visit the Boston office 5-days per week.

Minimum of 15 or more years of biotech or pharmaceutical experience with a proven track record in the areas of PK/PD/translational/pharmacology/toxicology

PhD or equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline is required

Familiarity with small start-up environments

Manage the growth of the global Platform organization to 300 people

Bachelor or Master’s degree required, with 15 years of relevant and related job experience

20+ years post medical education/training experience in surgical pathology

MD and US Board Certification in Surgical Pathology

Expertise and experience in immunohistochemistry, digital pathology and translational research.

Direct experience in pharmaceutical setting a plus

Direct experience in developing and applying machine learning methods in translational pathology a plus
