Vice President Of Engineering And Quality Control Jobs

Manages and updates quality-related project manual policies and procedures and quality-related management software.

Provides ongoing status updates to executive management with recommendations for dealing with substandard performance and overall progress on quality goals.

Seeks out and leverage industry quality management program best practices to continuously improve the company program.

Develops and manages data analytics for the quality program by partnering with regions to effectively manage risk.

Must obtain a NACE Level 3 Coating Inspector (CIP) Certification - Required

10+ years of progressive experience related to quality control.

A minimum of at least 10 years of management experience (preferably all in sterile manufacturing)

Direct and manage all quality units at the site

Ensure site operations are in compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements

Site Quality Head experience in sterile manufacturing (5 years and above)

Drive cultural change through transformational and servant leadership

US or Canadian citizenship / relevant visa

Assist Senior Management in ensuring that adequate facilities and techniques are available for the successful completion of projects.

Managing and supporting all customer and FDA audits, including PAI preparation.

Be a key player and regulatory/quality representative in discussions and negotiations with major pharmaceutical companies.

Develop, validate, and apply analytical methods to drug substances and product samples in support of pharmaceutical development projects.

Must maintain exceedingly collaborative and effective interaction with Production and Engineering teams in support of the Quality Management System activities.

AAS degree in a technical discipline with at least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing environment, preferably in Quality Inspection.

Familiar with validation and calibration requirements within the medical device manufacturing environment.

Ability and demonstrated knowledge using various measurement gages (i.e. CMM, Optical comparator, caliper, micrometer, height gage, Multimeter, Oscilloscope etc.)

Demonstrated writing and communication skills.

Experience in interacting with suppliers of optical components and machined parts.

Studies in Localization, Translation, Project Management, Engineering, or related fields

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Previous experience in the localization industry

Prepare language materials to be sent to linguists

Check the availability of linguist evaluators

Prepare evaluation scorecards in Excel

·Must possess good communication and time management skills.

·Prepare regular reports on product quality, performance, and compliance for management review.

·Direct and monitor department managers to accomplish established goals, consistent with established engineering, quality, and safety procedures.

·Experience in gear design and manufacturing processes a plus.

·Must have experience managing a large, diverse group of personnel that includes engineering and quality control.

·Experience with 3D cad software required.SolidWorks and/or Inventor experience preferred.
