Job Description

A multinational pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced leader, who is able to drive positive cultural change to join as a Vice President of Quality for their sterile manufacturing site in Illinois.


This position is site based.


Key responsibilities:

  • Drive cultural change through transformational and servant leadership
  • Direct and manage all quality units at the site
  • Ensure site operations are in compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements


Qualifications:

  • US or Canadian citizenship / relevant visa
  • Site Quality Head experience in sterile manufacturing (5 years and above)
  • A minimum of at least 10 years of management experience (preferably all in sterile manufacturing)
