Senior level bank leadership experience highly desired.

Familiarity with SQL, SSRS, bank core systems, and online banking platforms. Bonus: experience with CSI/NuPoint and/or Q2 banking software.

Experience with creating and championing change management

Experience in risk control, process management, reengineering, audit, or consumer banking

Execute Risk Control coverage strategy, ensure appropriate risk mitigation actions are in place and escalate to senior management as appropriate

Proactively manage Risk & Controls across the team.

Support Manager's Control Assessment monitoring, and improvements required

Exemplary thought leadership skills; able to build and lead strategic initiatives

Transition client relationships to client management teams within Optum Bank when appropriate

Proven solid organizational skills to manage recurring and ad-hoc assignments

Experience with secure debt, unsecure debt, and structured finance arrangements in the provider market

Participate in market events that can generate meaningful relationships and awareness to promote Optum Financial capabilities to target market

Manage client relationship and Optum executive engagement with clients throughout the partnership development process

Coordinate communications: Business, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and other Optum partners/teams

Receive and resolve inquiries from client, Client Management, COEs, BU Shared Services and BU Client Service and ensure timely resolution.

Manage and escalate issues related to BU SS and CoEs

Manage daily service delivery through Client Support Specialists

Address custom client requests, manage production activities of Client Support Specialists 1, 2 and Senior Specialists.

Manage report card data collection and production.

Train client on using SS interfaces (i.e. myss.com, eHorizon, Cash Flow Module, Cash Manager)

Minimum 8-10 years Supervisory/Management experience with experience in hiring, conflict resolution, financial responsibilities such as preparing budgets, policy writing, etc.

Oversees and participates in risk management and administration.

Excellent managerial, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
