Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Executive VP or President & CEO.

Ensure achievement of programmatic and financial outcomes, while meeting licensing and other requirements for Foster Care and Kinship Care.
Design and drive the business model for parent coaching with finance and marketing.
Co-create with Directors of Beech Acres’ universal parent education and coaching model.
Contribute to the development of staff’s leadership capabilities.

This includes developing and implementing sales and service plans, setting and achieving sales and service goals, and managing the aftermarket sales and service team. The Vice President of Aftermarket will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the Vice President of Aftermarket will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
