Technical skills and proficiency in a wide array of platforms and systems (e.g., Windows, UNIX, SQL, Tandem).

Occasionally work a non-standard shift including nights and/or weekends and/or have on-call responsibilities.

The successful candidate must also have experience in Continuation of Business, incorporating Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning

CISA, or other auditing or risk management certification is desired. Ability and desire to obtain relevant certification(s) strongly preferred.

Assist in the design, implementation, and execution of the Risk Management framework processes within Webster Technology.

Collaborate with enterprise risk management and legal to document management responses to regulatory exam findings.

Ability to resolve conflicting opinions without compromising high quality risk management.

Develop familiarity with technology, to support learning emerging technologies and how regulatory requirements may evolve.

Strong written and verbal communication skills -- ability to collaborate and communicate up/down and across the organization with internal/external partners.

5+ years of experience in vendor risk management, preferably in financial services

Strong process and project management skills

Liaise with contract management regarding execution of vendor contracts

Lead strategic initiatives related to vendor risk management

Training and education of stakeholders and business engaged in vendor risk

Leadership skills in strategy setting and execution

· Must have strong experience with stakeholder management.

Lead and own software asset management tools including roadmaps and enhancements

Identify opportunities for cost savings, working with the Software Asset Manager to address efficiency, renewal, and commercial issues.

Monitor software maintenance renewal requirements, coordinating with software owners on operational requirements

Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to detail.

5+ years of experience in vendor management (preferably within mortgage servicing or mortgage banking)

Partner with GTS accountable business owner, Information Security and Risk Management to conduct initial and periodic updates to vendor risk assessments

Experienced knowledge of technology categories (e.g., Hardware, Software, Network, Telecom) and market leaders

Proficient in vendor management software tools e.g. ServiceNow, Hiperos, Archer, MetricStream or others

Understanding of Contract Requirements (Contract Management experience with IT Partners from specification definitions to contract signature) and Asset Management is preferred.

5+ years of experience in IT program and Project Management.

Develop, adopt, adapt, and deploy IT North America Vendor Management strategy and sourcing models in compliance with internal and external standards.

Manage the integration, service delivery, and compliance of partners and vendor services.

Bachelors in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, OR 4+ years of equivalent work experience in IT or Business.

10+ years of experience managing and negotiating IT contracts, vendor teams, performance, and SLAs.

Candidates with experience in Cyber Security and Privacy services are highly preferred.

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or other relevant fields. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

At least 5+ years of relevant professional experience, with at least 2+ years experience reviewing vendor risk assessments..

Skills and expertise in Vendor Risk classification and due diligence standards, monitoring, measurement and analysis.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Prior experience supporting a high growth company.

Demonstrated experience with Archer Engage and/or other vendor management software for tracking and managing the vendor management lifecycle.

Manage vendor risks as defined by the Technology Vendor Risk Management process and procedures

Guide business units, application development teams, and third-party vendors to achieve program requirements while enabling the business.

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience

2-3 years of experience in relevant field

Support and promote LPL’s IT Asset and Vendor Management Maturity Framework

Respond to requests from end users, managers, developers, and team members for specific IT Software Asset Management data information.

Proactively manage software assets through renewal lifecycle to ensure compliance, spend optimization and risk mitigation.
