2 years management or leadership role

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities along with outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills required

Proven Problem-Solving Skills and Application

Providing leadership and experience management expertise across teams including internal Digital Operations, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Brand partners.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working knowledge of Google Suite, Atlassian, Slack, and Figma.

Defining customer-first strategies for your experience area and roadmap to develop best-in-class digital experiences.

Converting strategic ideas into executable actions by defining requirements and facilitating team activities to implement solutions.

Developing reports that provide ongoing measurement of experience performance.

Crafting user stories to document experience updates

Help coordinate and lead trainer trainings, recertifications, and annual events.

REMOTE WORK: The option to work partially remote is available after 1 year of employment

Promote and expand the Adopt-a-Stream program. Develop, update, and distribute program materials.

Keep immediate supervisor appraised of program progress, activities, and issues.

Players will be on camera and stream in 3-hour blocks with the potential to stream more than one block/day

Work closely with Avantage staff and contractors regarding all aspects of planning and production

People-management responsibilities for a team of scrum masters.

2 years of people leadership/management experience preferred.

5 years of Agile experience preferred.

4 years of experience as a coach preferred.

3 years of experience championing organizational change initiatives preferred.

4 years of experience implementing Agile principles and practices in different cultures and environments preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or in lieu of degree a minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience and/or relative supervisory experience is required.
