Minimum Requirements For The Role

A strong interest or experience in working with large data sets, training ML models, including LLMs, and working with Generative AI

Collaborate with founders and other stakeholders to understand the business problems and objectives

Perform data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering to prepare the data for modeling

Train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models, including LLMs, using Generative AI techniques

Generate high-quality outputs such as text, images, audio, or video using the trained models

Hands on experience with real datasets and familiarity using python, sklearn, numpy, pandas, and SQL

Brand (marketplace quality improvement, NLP and/or Computer Vision background preferred)

Communicate project objectives and results clearly, both within the group as well as to the broader team

Familiarity with various machine learning techniques and statistical methodologies (Bayesian methods, experimental design, causal inference)

Working towards a degree in Stat, Econ, IEOR, Computer Science, Data Science, Transportation Engineering (or related field)

You have solid experience with research principles, experimental design, and current best practices for mixing qualitative and quantitative methodologies

Experience working in healthcare and/or tech sector

Experience with common web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)

Domain knowledge in clinical genetics

Experience with a BI tool such as Tableau

Experience with a variety of research tools (Qualtrics, Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc.)

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define chemistry and biology requirements and design NLP and modelling approaches required.

You have a minimum of 4 years work experience with an emphasis on investigative data analysis, anomaly detection, and data pipelines

You have a deep understanding of numbers, a strong interest in research, and an experienced and mature business sense

You have expert level SQL and intermediate level Python skills

Experience with data querying using SQL
