You are an experienced leader having managed teams and functional areas

10+ years of direct experience in People Operations

Experience in consulting in a high volume, fast-paced environment.

Experience working with budgets, data analysis, and building dashboards.

10+ years experience in People, Consulting, Venture Capital or Private Equity, or Banking

Has gone through 1 IPO or major event such as M&A

Define and manage professional development programs (e.g., learning management systems, coaching)

5+ years of multi-disciplinary talent management / HR roles at software companies

Experience with benefits and payroll administration

Oversee benefits and payroll administration via our vendors and brokers

Manage the company HRIS and metrics

Experience with designing and implementing culture-building initiatives

Develop training content consistent with instructional design standards, adult learning theory, knowledge of the target audience, and sound project management skills

Collaborate with other departments to support enterprise-wide organizational development activities, such as leadership development, performance management, and culture development.

Support the management of learning management systems

Manage and liaise with external training service providers and vendors

Must be able to handle training responsibilities for several projects at one time, each with potentially competing/conflicting priorities.

Must have experience in a consulting role, preferably with Financial Institutions

Summary, Primary Duties, Skills And Experience

Participate in development of objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements.

Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.

Suggest new procedures and policies for improving employee experience as well as the efficiency of People & Culture department and company.

Prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.

Partner with managers to support the development and growth of their teams.

Manage 2 direct reports based in the UK and Egypt.

Work across the whole employee lifecycle.
