Oversee inventory purchasing, inventory production and cash flow management.

This is a Contract, Exempt, 40 hour per week position.

Expected Pay Range: $140,250.00 - $165,000.00 annually

Minimum of five years as a registered architect with experience in progressively responsible positions.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Demonstrated knowledge in the areas of construction, facilities, maintenance and engineering.

Highly developed organizational and leadership skills.

Demonstrated computer competency and preferably knowledgeable of computer aided software systems.

A valid license as an Architect issued by the California State Board of Architectural Examiners is required.
