5 years experience in carpentry work.

A valid driver’s license may be required.

Grasp, lift, maneuver, rotate, and otherwise use small to large trades tools and equipment.

As part of the above responsibilities, this position:

Perform fabrication, installation and repair of fixtures, fittings, infrastructure and equipment across laboratory, manufacturing, exterior, mechanical, electrical, and common spaces

3-5 years of prior institutional/healthcare related construction experience preferred.

Basic knowledge of general construction required.

No contact with medications is allowed. Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: Driver's License

Render services or perform work in accordance with specified Departmental productivity standards. Comply with the Department's current dress code policy.

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to read blueprint and construction drawings preferred.

1st Shift Position: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM – 3:10 PM

2nd Shift position: Monday - Friday 3:00 PM - 11:10 PM

3rd Shift Position: Monday - Friday 11:00 PM – 7:10 AM

Requires a high school diploma, GED (General Educational Development), or equivalent work experience.

Cleans offices, bathrooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas (30%)

Wet- or dry-mop floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, removing rubbish, pressure washing, gum and graffiti removal (15%)

Make minor repairs, painting and carpentry, replenish bathroom supplies, landscaping and snow removal (5%)

Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor, lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim (10%)

Install products as allowed by associated collective bargaining agreement and/or project labor agreement.

Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day.

Complete vehicle safety, job site inspections.

Safely unload and stage material at job site.

Report safety, customer or quality concerns.

Frequent use of first-class skills in repairs and installation of any electrical equipment and facilities.

Receive job assignments form supervisor or leader.

Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical part of all machinery and equipment in plant.

Study electrical drawings, manuals, and parts lists, analyze defective operation and make necessary repairs including repair or replacement of necessary parts.

Rewire or make necessary alterations to existing electrical circuits to fit specific needs for machine or equipment operation.

Perform any required electrical work in installation of new buildings and facilities or rebuilding, changing, and maintaining of existing facilities.

Answer calls from dispatch and management on radio

Minimum (2) years’ experience driving a limo.

At least (1) year of customer service experience. .

Previous experience working in a similar resort setting

Bilingual abilities, English as the primary or secondary language.

Drive limo/vehicle assigned by dispatch, includes picking up and dropping off guests as assigned

Basic knowledge of construction surveying.

Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in construction carpentry.

Knowledge of foundations and framing of buildings or other structures.

Knowledge of machines and tools, including uses, repair, and maintenance associated with carpentry and woodworking.

Clear communication skills, especially in emergency situations.

Equipment property management, repair and maintenance, installation and startup of HVAC machinery and controls.

Communicate maintenance and repair activities to appropriate management.

Close out of service calls or preventive maintenance requests, as part of the software management system.

Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager.

High School Diploma or equivalent. Two or more years experience in commercial HVAC work including troubleshooting and repairment.

Electrical knowledge of voltages up to 480VAC 60Hz along with control voltages up to 24VDC.

Apply standard basics and techniques/procedures to do sophisticated assignments.

Exercise judgment based on the review of many sources of information.

A.A.S. Degree from a Physical Therapist Assistant program

Registration with NYS Ed. Dept.
