Translating high-level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and managing changes to these specifications.

We are particularly interested in candidates who possess the following qualifications:

Prior experience working on projects utilizing Agile methodology.

Developing comprehensive test scenarios and cases.

Executing test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Ability to clearly communicate with peers, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, project teams and management.

• Working knowledge of HIPAA and privacy requirements.

• Ensure that acceptance criteria is well defined for every requirement. Ensure every acceptance criterion is testable.

• Collaborate with developers & product owners to ensure testing results meet performance and scalability requirements.

Required Job Skills (Applies to All Levels)

• Experience working in Agile environments.

Understand, define requirements for, and communicate overall testing objectives and strategies to finance team members.

Ensure that OAL has properly designed and tested the system and interfaces with other key Oracle modules prior to go-live.

Collect testing Meta Data to be used, and ensure information is communicated to testing teams, and properly used during testing.

Monitor and report on issues raised via Service Requests during the testing period.

Strong communication & Collaboration skills. Proficient in presentations to senior management.

Proficient in detailed planning and management of business testing.

•Used Salesforce as Change Management tool

At least 10 yrs. of experience in the software testing domain

Experience in Agile/Sprint delivery testing methodology

Experience in running meetings related to testing with stakeholders at different levels of seniority and departments

Bachelor’s degree or 7 years’ experience

Experience in the Healthcare industry.

Work with Business, BSA, Scrum Master, and DL to understand test scope

High level of engagement and communication with the entire test team

Track and report test metrics and status (detailed for UAT team, high level for Program)

Help to resolve environment, security, & test data issues

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with ADO (TFS) a plus

• Experience with SAFe Agile practices such as PI Planning events a plus

• Experience prioritizing tasks across different work streams to assure efficient use of resources

• College degree or equivalent experience.
