Job Description
SWBC is seeking a talented individual to lead the team to plan, manage, and report on all aspects of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including postproduction validation activities.

Essential duties include the following:
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
  • Drive effective test management and administration, including logging of bugs, reporting to project managers, and identification of process issues.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate direct reports, ensuring continuous improvement through regular individual and team sessions.
  • Work in partnership with project managers to align on required testing timelines, inputs, and outcomes for each product to manage demand and deliverability against milestones. Collaborate closely with internal partners and external vendors to ensure successful preparation, execution, and measurement of testing strategies and activities.
  • Oversee team of testers to manage workload, priorities, and conflicts in testing schedules, and providing capacity where necessary due to workload.
  • Lead efforts to improve and streamline services, including training the team on new tools and processes, and identifying opportunity to drive incremental efficiencies in UAT activities.
  • Perform internal quality checks on key processes.
  • Identify and develop members within the team with the potential to assume responsibility as needed/available.
  • Responsible for managing overall testing resource and support for various enhancements, change requests, and production issues.

Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
  • Proficient knowledge of business processes.
  • Advanced organizational & planning, multi-tasking, collecting and analyzing data, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to use basic office equipment, including copy machine, personal computer, and fax.
  • Working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Able to stand, stoop, and kneel to file for long periods of time.
  • Able to communicate and interact effectively via verbal and written communications.
  • Expert managing priorities and deadlines skills.
  • Able to travel locally or nationally by car or plane.
  • Able to work collaboratively and build relationships.
  • Able to push, pull, and lift up to 20 lbs. of files, supplies, documents, or other related items.
  • Able to sit for long periods of time performing sedentary activities.
  • Able to type 35 WPM.
  • Able to analyze, organize, and prioritize work and be adaptable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field of study from an accredited four-year college or university required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in management.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business testing and acceptance.
