Job Description
When our customers send Wires and international payments we consider these to be moments that matter. Whether sending money to family overseas or closing on a home, regardless of the reason, we want the experience to be fast, easy, and secure.
Chase is seeking a highly motivated UAT Lead to play an active role in helping execute against our roadmap, by leading and coordinating User Acceptance Testing. In this role, you will work with cross-disciplinary teams including design, technology and product delivery teams on both our web and mobile-focused products.
If you are an outside the box thinker, are passionate about testing execution and delivering impactful user experiences to our customers, this could be the position for you! You will report to the Wires Client Experience Manager, and partner alongside other testing teams to assist in all of our large, highly visible cross functional initiatives.
Job responsibilities:
  • Become a subject matter expert on Wires and International Payments
  • Design, develop, and create manual test scripts
  • Ensure the highest quality product is delivered to our customers
  • Support production releases which will require occasional weekend/evening support
  • Manage and prioritize defects and see them out to resolution
  • Lead the planning and execution of user acceptance testing, working with process owners, technology, product managers, functional areas, and customer experience/design teams

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who is able to work in a fast paced, results focused environment. Additional qualifications:
  • Hands-on knowledge of Agile principles and Quality Assurance methodologies/best practices
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance or User Acceptance Testing role
  • JIRA experience - you know how to navigate JIRA, create issues, and have an understanding of more advanced capabilities such as creating dashboards and complex queries using JQL
  • Experience in the design of detailed functional test plans, and the creation and execution of test cases
  • Written and verbal communication skills - able to present status, facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise, convincing and organized manner
  • Strong time management skills, with an ability to multi-task & handle multiple test assignments & prioritize one's own work
  • Flexibility and adaptability - able to quickly and smoothly change direction based upon stakeholder or management direction, while remaining extremely organized and following tight deadlines

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Hands-on experience conducting Mobile testing using devices and simulators like SeeTest
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field of study, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Passion for online & mobile technology and knowledge of industry structure, trends and influential companies
