The Transportation Planning Manager is also responsible for coordinating with other departments and agencies to ensure that the plans and programs are implemented in a timely and effective manner. The Transportation Planning Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Developing and implementing transportation plans, policies, and programs
• Coordinating with other departments and agencies to ensure that plans and programs are implemented in a timely and effective manner
• Developing and managing budgets for transportation projects
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of transportation projects
• Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve transportation systems
• Preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders
