Role Overview:
This position will support for the US warehouse Planning.. You job scope will mainly cover the planning of personnel needs of each process and will be responsible for the operation efficiency; Please find responsibilities for more information.
Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with the headquarters operation to confirm the staffing plan, supervise the recruitment management of all process, and ensure the matching of production capacity and demand.
- Establish monitoring tools for the pre-implementation of the plan, guide the recruitment department to monitor the process and ensure the realization of the plan.
- Cooperate with the recruitment department to align the personnel demand plan with excellent execution.
- Collect operation data regularly, review operation status, analyze personnel deployment, and monitor implementation.
- Responsible for the planning of personnel needs of each process according to the operation plan and formulate a reasonable proportion of reasonable personnel.
Requirements:
- Rigorous statistical analysis ability, proficient in excel and SQL sensitive to data.
- Good at communication, careful work, strong execution ability, and teamwork awareness.
- Have a deep understanding of data-driven business, be able to quickly understand the business, and discover the connection between business details and data.
- Master's degree and supply chain management or related majors are preferred.
- 3+ yrs of experience on warehouse operations; Familiar with supply chain planning, inventory planning, and routing planning in the logistics industry, and have experience in e-commerce logistics and supply chain planning.
