Government Programs Savvy: Experience with State Medicaid or other state government programs will give you a head start in this role.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree is preferred, preferably in a Human Service field.

Knowledge and experience of the workforce development or economic development;

Associate degree or higher required in a relevant field *and* Three (3) years of relevant work experience.

Experience with business, industry, and community engagement;

Basic computer skills and ability to adapt to job-related software programs

Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus but not a requirement.

Five + years prior, relevant full-time work experience

Experience with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and/or a large government client

Experience presenting to clients and stakeholders

Experience creating and developing training materials

Experience receiving constructive feedback and translating into deliverable improvements

Working knowledge of social media platforms and/or management software (preferred).

Accurately and timely report outreach activities and ensure training attendance and survey results are accurately recorded in AJE’s data management system.

Strong written communication skills, including the ability to edit/proofread others’ work.

Knowledge of community-based services/supports for families, available resources, services, and the institutions responsible for managing them.

Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Working knowledge of programs, email, and blogging platforms (preferred).

Prior experience in medical office management or any outreach marketing is preferred but not required

Can manage their schedule to shift between administrative duties and outreach tasks

Assist Operations Manager and Regional Directors in various business tasks.

Manage admin inventory and office presence.

Organize and plan company events in coordination with Operations Manager.

Provide facility maintenance assistance for each clinic.

Offering enrichment programs for those living at home with memory loss,

Increasing wellness through education, and

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field such as gerontology, human services, communications, therapeutic recreation, or social work

Experience working or volunteering with older adults preferred

Outstanding customer service skills along with a helpful, patient, and calm demeanor

Excellent spelling, proofreading, and editing skills
