Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning as well as effective change management abilities.

Bachelor’s degree with three (+) years retail training experience; equivalent education and experience combination would be considered.

Demonstrated ability to react appropriately under pressure, apply good judgment in ambiguous situations, uses sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Outstanding verbal, written, and technical communication abilities.

Five (+) years’ experience in leadership training or related Human Resources field.
