Technical knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn the application of switchgear, transformers and motors in electrical power systems.

Build out scalable training frameworks to equip Trainers with the skills they need to provide the best learning experience.

Manage and update training records.

Experience working with offshore or vendor teams

Proven ability to identify and analyze emerging fraud patterns and extensive knowledge in the field of fraud detection and prevention..

3 -5 years of experience in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs from scratch, particularly within the fraud sector.

Strong organizational and planning skills.

Experience in Learning Management System (LMS) technology such as Moodle, XML, and HTML (Required 3 Years)

Experience with processes to prepare for and conduct classroom training including facility management, course scheduling, and student registration. (Required 3 Years)

Experience developing interactive media presentations that enhance the online educational experience (Required 3 Years)

Knowledge of and experience with NC FAST and the Medicaid Program in NC (Highly desired 2 Years)

Experience in curriculum design and developing training materials for adult learners (Required 3 Years)

Experience in business analysis, MS Office Suite (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) (Required 3 Years)

Experience with Learning Management Systems such as LearnUpon required

Work independently and with outstanding communication skills to set and meet realistic deadlines relating to content production

Experience with Articulate 360, Camtasia, and other comparative multimedia authoring tools for video creation and editing required

Relevant experience in technology or SaaS industry preferred

Relevant experience with developing technology-focused training content preferred

Experience with and/or understanding of creating SCORM files required

Demonstrated project management experience, including organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects.

Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Excellent communication skills (written and oral) to effectively convey technical and strategic information to stakeholders and colleagues.

Strong presentation skills for delivering ideas, programs, and strategies to corporate and hotel colleagues.

Outstanding analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of hotel operations is preferred.

Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products and learning management systems (LMS).

Educates staff on basic use and navigation of the Pharmacy Information Management System, Electronic Document Management System, Workflow and other systems.

Trains employees on reporting capabilities.

Provides updates and general knowledge guidelines of release times.

Performs all job duties with a friendly positive and team-oriented approach.

Maintains required licenses or certifications in good standing with the State.

Understand requirements, implement designs, and produce documentation

Basic knowledge and concepts of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, SQL R, Python, C#, VB.NET or other programming languages required

Maintain web applications for internal football departments

Collaborate with other developers and end users in troubleshooting and solving new issues

Produce support and bug fixes for applications

Participate in design and code reviews

Work within Learning Management System to schedule resources, equipment, and class offerings to accommodate training courses/classes.

Development of on-line distance learning programs for posting to the Learning Management System.

4+ years of industry experience or equivalent experience in the areas of Adult Education, Training and/or Continuing Education.

Well versed in training curriculum design and development. Experienced with presentation, classroom and material preparation skills.

Manages training class enrollments and communicates, assists, cooperates, collaborates with the distributor training managers, teams and departments as required.

Assists with development of the Career Development courses, Skill Paths and Instructor Programs.
