Requirements for Nurse Externs Transition Program (NEXT)

Currently enrolled in an accredited nursing baccalaureate or

Must be entering into senior level year (last one or two semesters)

Graduation date to occur within one year of hire or at minimum

Hold and maintain a cumulative nursing GPA of 3.0 minimum

Must work a minimum of 24 hours (two 12-hour shifts) a month

Working with Regional management to hire needed warehouse staff;

Interpersonal competencies to include: Integrity and trust, dependability, adaptability, leadership, motivation ability, coaching and mentoring skill, corporate political savvy and initiative;

Familiarity and full user capabilities with Microsoft Office computer products;

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

Ability to clearly and confidently communicate plans to refinery contractors (strong communication skills- written and verbal).

Oversee and provide on-site support for delivery, installation, repair/maintenance, and demobilization of RTI mechanical rental equipment, ensuring project excellence.

Directs refinery personnel and contractors on the staging and demobilization of RTI mechanical equipment.

Work with building management systems.

Professional education, licenses and certifications in related fields are a plus.

Hands-on maintenance of electrical facilities and equipment, plumbing, HVAC, and security/camera systems.

Electrical work and generator maintenance.

Ability to work under stress in evolving/ambiguous situations.

Interested in traveling on rotations and/or relocating to the Middle East, North Africa, or South Asia

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information.

Utilizes data, information and knowledge to evaluate and promote change in order to achieve optimal outcomes.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Preferred – Certification in clinical specialty area

Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard.

Monitors and offers direction in association with “authorized” inventory to ensure maximum profitability and product availability;

Provides input to Store Manager into effective pricing strategies within competitive markets;
