The Total Rewards Analyst is a key contributor in the administration and development of Treace’s total rewards programs, including administering compensation, benefits, Leave of Absence (LOA), Relocation and HR Information System (HRIS).
Responsibilities include performing a wide variety of tasks with the purpose of supporting and administering various compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programs to enhance our culture, drive employee motivation, recognition and retention across the organization, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Administers the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Ensure all information relevant to compensation analysis is correctly recorded in the HRIS, and performs annual audits to maintain accuracy.
  • Ensure vendor file feeds are accurate and timely.
  • Assists transferring employees with their relocation needs
  • Assists with the design and administration of compensation programs including base pay, long and short-term incentives, and other programs that align with company objectives for recruiting, retention and employee engagement.
  • Oversees compensation processes, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis.
  • Advises managers on making effective pay decisions that support employee engagement and comply with compensation policy and budgetary guidelines.
  • Develops Compensation Processes, including Compensation Templates for offer letters and Promotion documents.
  • Stays up-to-date on compensation labor market trends. Conducts analysis of market competitive data, reviews and updates position descriptions, conducts job evaluations; participates in salary surveys, updates pay structures.
  • In partnership with HR Leadership, develops reports to support HR functions, including compensation, compliance, performance management, and workforce analytics.
  • Assists with the development and management of compensation and benefits budgets.
  • Ensures that compensation and benefits programs support the organization's business objectives and meet all legal requirements.
  • Plays a key role in the selection of carriers and other vendors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • CCP, CBP, SHRM-CP or PHR designation a plus.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of Finance or HR experience.
