In-depth knowledge and experience of payroll calculation and processing

Work with Manager to process more complex payroll changes, including sales bonuses, STD, return to work, LOA, military leave, and severance.

Experience in payroll, accounting, or human resources

Experience with Kronos,Workday, ADP, or other common HCM, payroll and time & attendance systems

This role is NOT remote

Distribute required reports to stakeholders during and post-payroll

Analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and project management skills

Professional verbal and written communication skills including effective updates and appropriate escalation

Experience in SAP, MY TIME/Infor/Workbrain

Leader of salaried leaders experience

Bachelors Degree or relevant work experience

Partner with Labor Systems and HR partners to strategize, plan, and implement system updates supporting an accurate time and attendance

15 years of experience in IT management of T &A systems (Kronos and SAP) and/or software development

Providing technical expertise and guidance to management and staff on time and attendance systems and processes.

5+ years’ experience as a People Manager

Experience with time and attendance systems and processes is highly desirable, as is knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Minimum 3 years of experience influencing key stakeholders at the Vice President level

Experience migrating to a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to completion
