We are seeking an experienced and motivated Time & Attendance IT Director to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our time and attendance systems and Processes.

You will also be responsible for Time & Attendance roadmap, vision, and implementation plan to consolidate on-point T&A systems into strategic platforms. The Time & Attendance IT Director will be responsible for ensuring that our systems are running smoothly, accurately, and efficiently, and that they meet the needs of our organization. This position requires strong technical skills, as well as excellent project management and communication skills.

The Director will interface with business leaders to define requirements, and drive the execution of growth, productivity solutions enabled through existing and emerging information technology. This leader will be a key member of the Human Resources IT leadership team, engaging in all aspects of running the business, with a specialization in the use of IT / digital technologies to fulfill business objectives.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to management and staff on time and attendance systems and processes.
  • Leading a team of IT professionals to ensure that all time and attendance systems are developed and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation related to time and attendance systems and processes.
  • Establish MOS for solution delivery and ongoing support operations
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to time and attendance systems and processes and educate HR execs and team members on emerging technologies
  • Collaborating with HR and other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and automation.
  • Ensuring the security and privacy of time and attendance data, in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Developing and managing budgets for time and attendance IT projects and initiatives.
  • Managing vendor relationships and contracts related to time and attendance systems and processes.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for improving time and attendance systems and processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Experience migrating to a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to completion
  • 5+ years’ experience as a People Manager
  • Experience with time and attendance systems and processes is highly desirable, as is knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Experience in deploying legacy T &A platforms to standard T &A systems
  • 15 years of experience in IT management of T &A systems (Kronos and SAP) and/or software development
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are also essential for success in this role
  • Minimum 3 years of experience influencing key stakeholders at the Vice President level
