Ticket Office Event Day Staff Jobs in Iowa

Knowledge of applicable University practices and procedures

Positive attitude and interpersonal skills

Minimum of 2 year’s experience with customer service or event staffing

Maintain a safe and friendly environment in accordance with the venue policy

Serve as an usher monitoring ticketing, venue entrance and seating in reserved areas

Notifies game administration and/or law enforcement of any issues with event attendees that require additional support
