Associates Degree (Technical Diploma) or 2 years college course work in the HVAC field

State of Georgia HVAC License

Electronic Technicians can make $32.72 to $39.96 an hour depending on experience

Ability to read electrical prints, ladder diagrams, and electronic schematics.

Monitor and record test related documentation to meet quality requirements

Technical Associate Degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment

At least 2 years of experience with Electronics

Experience working in a highly regulated environment

Proficiency in a wide range of mechanical fabrication skills

Adheres to all Environmental Management Systems/ISO 14001 practices and procedures.

Operation, testing, troubleshooting and repair of all rack-mounted, stand-alone gas refrigerant HVAC units.

Perform refrigeration, HVAC, boiler and hot water system PM’s.

Maintains the material integrity of the engine and utility rooms in accordance with established best practices.

Rebuilds ammonia, HVAC, boiler and hot water system components in accordance with technical manuals.

Adheres to all Company policies including but not limited to: safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).

Knowledgeable of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations to safely rig and move objects.

Effective verbal and written communicate skills.

Analytical and problem solving skills.

Ability to hold necessary physical certifications.

Requires the ability to interact effectively with co-workers and managers.

Ability to obtain certifications required to perform tasks assigned.

Minimum two year of experience in a similar role in manufacturing or automated distribution facility

Intermediate Mechanical (including Hydraulics and Pneumatics), Electrical, and Computer Skills

Experience/Ability to work with CMMS

Detail oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills

Setup the use of tools and equipment prior to production for optimum safety levels

Intermediate troubleshooting, maintain, and repair automated mailing equipment

Assist process and quality management with ISO audits and assessments, and in all phases of the department's activities and process improvements

High level of mathematical and trending skills

6 months of experience as a data analyst

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Perform preventive maintenance of all test equipment; collect machine maintenance records

Build metrics, details and summary reports from the available data

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Enthusiastic, aggressive, self-starter with strong people skills

Experience working with rectifiers and controllers circuitry.

Experience with using schematics and drawing to troubleshoot electronic circuits

Ability to work long periods while standing, bending, and walking
