Maintains accountabilities for all internal controls around invoices, cash and other payment handling and procedures.

Appropriately adapts to seasonal changes and creates and manages relevant initiatives.

Assesses staffing requirements on a continuous basis to identify current needs.

Strong knowledge in Cost Accounting, Budgets, Financial Planning and Strategy

2-3 years banquet management experience or luxury restaurant experience required

College degree in hospitality management preferred but not required

Innovative style to drive creativity and innovation in guest experience.

Strong knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting

Strong systems knowledge using Salesforce, Micros, Hotsos, Avero, preferred but not required.

Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

A minimum of three (3) years of full restaurant P & L management experience

Strong wine knowledge. Sommelier certification or WSET preferred but not required

Three (3) years or more of experience in classic food and wine service in high-volume restaurant

Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to relate to associates across all levels of the

Ability to manage multiple projects with thorough focus on detail

Demonstrated leadership, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Requires 2 or more years of hospitality management experience.

A minimum of 2 years experience as a Banquet Captain Manager or 3 years as an Assistant is required.

Full-Time Management Position that requires full flexibility, including the ability to work weekends and holidays and a varied schedule.

Training programs both group and individual stress service, safety, and product knowledge.

Hotel experience and a thorough understanding of all levels of banquet service.

Must be proficient in general computer knowledge.
