Food & Beverage Training Manager - Casual Dining

Researches and designs training materials for the classroom/on the job/computer based training.

Create, edit, and update department handbooks.

Produce online instruction or study guides, instructor guides, student texts and workbooks.

4 years or more of progressive hotel F&B management experience (preferably with Hyatt)

Oversees duties related to payroll, finance, ordering and budgeting

Service oriented style with professional presentations skills

Clear concise written and verbal communication skills

Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills.

Experience in implementing new food & beverage concepts.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage management level position

Daily management of F&B department

Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Management or related field preferred

Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Inspect food service facilities to ensure equipment and buildings meet requirements of state and local health laws and internal regulations

Manage F&B areas for arena events, ensuring client satisfaction
