You'll work cross-functionally between our sales, account management, operations, product, and analytics teams to build a delightful experience for our merchants.

4-5 years of work experience in account management, systems implementation, customer support, or hospitality

You will report to the Senior Manager, Product Ops, within our Platform Operations organization.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Experience working successfully cross functionally with individual contributors

Excellent external and internal customer support skills

Five or more years’ hotel management experience preferred.

Leads and manages the F&B Specialist team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback including mid-year and annual reviews.

Manages inter-departmental activities during food and beverage company-wide rollouts. (Ex: training, marketing, purchasing, safety/security and operations).

Multi-unit hospitality (hotel or restaurant) experience preferred

Minimum four years’ experience in restaurants or private clubs and two years supervising staff.

Displays Good knowledge of cocktail and wine service.

Demonstrates good knowledge of food preparation.
