Experience triaging in a DevOps environment and candidates with Linux experience would be highly desirable.

Act as a point of contact for divisions HW pool

Maintain reports of the HW inventory (laptops, monitors, keyboard, mouse)

Collect and deploy laptops for both new hires and terminated employees

Place requests for accounts and control access (Confluence/Jira/unix groups/Secure Chambers)

Act as a co-on boarder with the groups admins for new recruits

You are a people manager - You have proven people and program management skills, overseeing numerous engagements simultaneously.

2+ years of experience managing technical teams

Experience translating technical concepts to business solutions

Experience interfacing and communicating with both business and technical stakeholders (internal and external)

Experience leading highly cross-functional teams, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex and fast-moving environment

POS (point of sale) or restaurant industry experience is a plus

POS (point of sale) or restaurant industry experience is a plus

Experience supporting a manager or management team as an intermediary between frontline workers and leadership

Working knowledge of Amplify Admin, Preamp, VAMP, Popeye, Keycloak, and other front end data/content management systems for Amplify products

Identifying trends in data and provide thoughtful, useful solutions to management for review and final approval

Education industry or classroom experience

Assist the manager with ensuring process and procedure are followed by Technical Onboarding Specialists

Assist manager in response to technical and non technical critical issues from internal partners and customers

Experience supporting a manager or management team as an intermediary between frontline workers and leadership

Working knowledge of Amplify Admin, Preamp, VAMP, Popeye, Keycloak, and other front end data/content management systems for Amplify products

Identifying trends in data and provide thoughtful, useful solutions to management for review and final approval

Education industry or classroom experience

5-10 years of professional experience with significant experience in a technical domain.

Experience leading technical projects a plus.
