Job Description

Maintain laptop/monitor/office pool

  • Act as a point of contact for divisions HW pool
  • Maintain reports of the HW inventory (laptops, monitors, keyboard, mouse)
  • Collect and deploy laptops for both new hires and terminated employees
 
Account creations/maintenance
  • Place requests for accounts and control access (Confluence/Jira/unix groups/Secure Chambers)
 
Act as a co-on boarder with the groups admins for new recruits
  • Experience triaging in a DevOps environment and candidates with Linux experience would be highly desirable.
