Education / Certification / Experience Required

Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in technical studies or related discipline; relevant education and experience accepted in lieu of degree

Solicit feedback from clients & internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving & expanding service offerings

Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates

Define clear technical solutions for all aspects of a project and help manage their proper execution

Provide high-level estimation based on initial requirements

1 or more years of experience with at least one primary language (C#, VB.net, JavaScript, Python) or similar language

1 or more years of experience working with data technologies for example (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) or similar

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities in a fast-paced environment accurately and with minimal supervision

Knowledge of .Net languages (C#, VB.net)

Validated experience with Visual Studio or similar IDE (Integrated development environment)

Serve as Client Liaison between assigned teams and actively manage the associated knowledge bases and ensure documentation is up-to-date.

Possess a demonstrated mastery of customer service skills through past evaluations, training, and knowledge.

In-depth knowledge of the higher education industry and PSC clientele.

Develop and maintain knowledge articles and email templates for PSC employees.

Successful completion of PSC & Professional Training Modules or equivalent industry experience.

Maintain a high performance score on customer service or equivalent industry experience.
