Experience working in an agile environment

Prior experience working with data or business intelligence such as data reporting, visualization, mapping, etc

No hands on experience required but experience working in this space

Experience with Confluence for documentation

Strong communication, relationship management, problem solving and documentation skills with attention to detail.

Experience with AppDynamics, Rhapsody Integration Engine, Laboratory/Radiology/Pharmacy Management Systems is a plus

Post-secondary education preferably in Information Technology or related field, with 1-2 years of SaaS support experience

Experience with Knowledge-Centre Support (KCS)

Stay abreast of new features, tools and functionalities to maintain product expertise and assist with upskilling of support peers.

Contributing to and helping maintain knowledge base tool

Deeply understand customer business requirements and challenges to provide solutions tailored

Utilize your expert technical knowledge to guide customers towards optimal storage solutions for

Leverage deep value selling skills to articulate the advantage of NetApp's cutting-edge

Lead and manage complex AI/ML opportunities within assigned territory. You will provide

7+ years of technical solution selling experience in a technology field related to AI/ML or data

Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate, present

Comfort using ticketing and project management software such as Jira

10+ years of experience in production level web development

5+ years of experience in client-facing role at an advertising agency, preferably with some experience in pharmaceutical marketing

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage deadlines
