6+ years of program management experience in a similar or related role

Prior Program Management experience with Conversational AI or Large Language Models

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or MBA is a plus

Partner with engineering and product management to deliver and implement roadmap

Proficient in Agile project management methodologies

Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Tableau and Requirements Management software.

Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to communicate effectively with management and non-management personnel.

Proven ability to work with a diverse group of people, including leadership, support staff, coworkers and department management.

Assist in designing and document business requirements, and design future state process opportunities

Demonstrated mentoring and coaching skills to develop other team members.

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Communicate with client Account Managers/tech teams.

Understand customer requirements and effectively coordinate internal resources.

3+ years experience working with DSP(Demand Side Platform) or MMP(mobile measurement partner)

Experience with iOS & Android application development.

Help customers integrate Appier technologies into their websites/apps and utilize Appier AI services.

Stay up to date with current technology and apply it effectively.
