5 years of experience in a vendor management role with customer-facing responsibilities.

Experience in SaaS Project Management

Draft project management deliverables such as the project plan, change orders when necessary, closing reports

Use established processes for the management of the projects

Minimum of 8+ years’ experience acting as a billable resource with a utilization target

Previous experience with software integrations projects

Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills and strong command of the English language

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or related fields. Master's degree is a plus.

Equipment Management: Oversee equipment maintenance and calibration to ensure operational reliability.

Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to motivate and guide teams effectively.
