Overview Tech Support Technician II is a mid-level technical support position responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and resolving technical issues. The Tech Support Technician II is expected to have a good understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts and be able to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. Detailed Job Description The Tech Support Technician II is responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and resolving technical issues. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, diagnosing and resolving network issues, and providing customer support. The Tech Support Technician II is expected to have a good understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts and be able to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. The Tech Support Technician II is also responsible for providing technical support to other departments and personnel. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills

Job Qualifications
• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of experience in technical support
• A+ certification or equivalent
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification or equivalent
• Experience with Windows, Mac OS, and Linux operating systems
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, and Linux operating systems

• 2+ years of experience in technical support
• Experience with customer service
