Proactively manage the selection process including: requisition management, sourcing candidates, interviewing, generating offers and facilitating the on-boarding process for candidates.
Create Hiring Manager Interview Guides and Feedback Forms for all positions to assist with competency based interviews.
Monitor progress for all program hires, ensuring completion of offer letters, and all contingencies.
Work closely with Recruiting Lead, HR Lead, and HR Manager on on-going, ad-hoc projects.
