Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:

9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR

2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR

Experience working with Yardi and/or other similar property management and accounting software

Ensure the Management Office operates smoothly

Possess a DC Property Management license, or ability to obtain a license within 90 days of hire

·8-10+ years of experience in data analysis and research.

·Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources, including surveys, HRIS, and other data systems.

Support the Director of Property/Asset Management and outside leasing team in leasing activity;

Support the Director of Property/Asset Management and Acquisitions department with acquisitions and refinancing;

Accurately prepare various Property Management reports on a monthly basis, including budget variance reports; property inspection reports; janitorial vacancy credit reports;

Perform other tasks as delegated by the Director of Property / Asset Management and the Managing Member.

Familiarity with architectural drawings/CAD, engineering specs, project management software and budgeting programs is a plus

Experience working in high-rise, multi-use buildings in major metropolitan areas or large footprint industrial facilities

Prior experience managing staff, vendors, and tenants beneficial

Comfortable working in dynamic, fluid environments and can prioritize changing requirements

Previous experience and comfort working with foreign nationals, navigating cultural differences, and using translation are helpful

Multi-lingual and international work experience are positive differentiators

Completes thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance through the online Enterprise Asset Management system.

Completing overhauls and rebuilds of heavy-duty diesel engines and transmission.

Completing and performs preventative maintenance on minor repairs and standard component inspections/ repairs of fleet diesel equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units).

Identifies root cause of basic failures/conditions and perform repairs as required.

Ensures equipment has required licensing and registration prior to being deemed as "roadworthy".

Installs, replaces, and repairs onboard computers.
