Collaborate with Producers, recording studios, narrators, directors, and authors to ensure timely communication about schedules for audiobook production.

Collaborate with Producers, recording studios, narrators, directors, and authors to ensure timely communication about schedules for audiobook production.

Develop relationships with recording studios and agents as dictated by recording location and preference.

Manage promotional materials, including coordinating schedules, estimating costs, creating covers, purchasing, tracking materials, and reviewing invoices

Ability to manage multiple projects and schedule tasks effectively

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Interest in expanding skills through available training in Adobe Creative Suite

Experience in book production is a plus, but not required

Minimum of 1-2 years of design experience with a keen interest in design for branded properties as well as brand-building.

A portfolio that highlights strong understanding of typography and creation of effective layouts-illustration skills a plus.

Understanding of basic UI and UX principles and experience working with Adobe XD and/or other prototyping software

Knowledge of prepress and file preparation for print design.

Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
