Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

4-6 years of experience in payment fraud prevention, investigation, and resolution, specifically focused on credit/debit card fraud and cryptocurrency-related fraud.

In-depth knowledge of payment processors, credit/debit card fraud prevention tools, and industry best practices.

MINIMUM of 5 years of experience in product management in the global payments industry.

Strong knowledge of payment gateway technologies and processes, and experience working with payment service providers and acquirers.

Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.

Develop and manage the company's payment gateway products, ensuring that they are innovative, competitive, and meet customer needs.

Define and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals.

Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that product requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications and product development plans.

5+ years of product management experience or equivalent

Gather and use feedback and insights from sellers and developers across multiple markets to improve your product experience and business performance

Determine features, write product and technical specs, organize user studies, help write test plans, manage the backlog

Great interpersonal and communication skills that shine when you’re talking with a customer or engaging a cross-functional audience

System thinking mindset, technical background and passion for new technology and great developer experiences

Work closely with company agents, clients, client’s business managers, attorneys, personal managers, studios, and other various buyers.

Industry or payment experience a plus

Responsible for tracking payments for numerous clients

Ensure clients are paid in accordance with contracts and confirm agency commission is collected

Five or more years of related work experience

Experience with primary pay master systems: Extreme Reach, Teams Co, Highland

Knowledge of production and business operations

The Talent Manager operates under the SAG-AFTRA Union Codes, and interpretation of contract codes by:

· Keeping agency aware of expirations of Union Codes and their requirements
