Systems Training Manager Jobs

Train Sales Managers and their teams on approved company systems and processes. This includes but is not limited to:

Help manage administration of shared training document sites and help maintain sales operation documents.

This position is responsible for creating and executing structured training programs for Sales Managers and their teams.

Create and execute structured trainings, in person and via Zoom, at regular intervals throughout the year.

Help plan and publish annual Systems training schedule.

Coordinate with sales, production, and operations teams to recognize the need for training content updates and revise training content regularly.

Collect requirements for project/product tasks

Complete project/product tasks assigned by manager

VLSS Certification / black Belt

Keep project plans updated with current and accurate information

Meet with stakeholders to review completed tasks, collect feedback, and implement changes

Create documentation for project to document the process and provide end-user support

Create and execute pre-scheduled Production Systems trainings, virtually and in person, at regular intervals throughout the year.

Help Team Development leaders plan and maintain annual Systems trainings schedule.

Help maintain and update production operation documents in KOVA document repository

Coordinate with production and operations teams to address changes needed for production systems training content and revise training content regularly.

Document and train production teams on new systems process procedures.

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Oversight, performance management, and development of MVH IT EPMO Project Managers.

Oversight of Programs with Project Management as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Digital Technology, or related field is required.

10+ years of experience working as an IT Project Manager or Program Manager is required.

Direct oversight of the MVH IT EPMO Project Managers to provide individual development and performance management opportunities.

Develop the foundation to centralize project management at the MVH level.

Understand requirements, implement designs, and produce documentation

Basic knowledge and concepts of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, SQL R, Python, C#, VB.NET or other programming languages required

Maintain web applications for internal football departments

Collaborate with other developers and end users in troubleshooting and solving new issues

Produce support and bug fixes for applications

Participate in design and code reviews

Oversight, performance management, and development of MVH IT EPMO Project Managers.

Oversight of Programs with Project Management as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Digital Technology, or related field is required.

10+ years of experience working as an IT Project Manager or Program Manager is required.

Direct oversight of the MVH IT EPMO Project Managers to provide individual development and performance management opportunities.

Develop the foundation to centralize project management at the MVH level.

Required capabilities include building relationships, change management, communicating effectively, customer satisfaction, facilitating, managing people, and technical credibility.

The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to -

Oversees a systems training team with the below responsibilities.

Reviews Company reports linking training to overall performance and results.

Provides client and customer service by providing reports, demonstrating systems software, and participating in client/owner presentations as needed.
