Job Description

Mungo Homes, a part of Clayton Properties Group, is adding a Sales Systems Training Specialist to our Team Member Development team in our Corporate office in Irmo, SC market!


This position is responsible for creating and executing structured training programs for Sales Managers and their teams.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (performs other duties as assigned)

  • Train Sales Managers and their teams on approved company systems and processes. This includes but is not limited to:
  1. Kova
  2. CRM Software
  3. Market Analysis Software
  4. Competitive Market Analysis
  5. Other trainings as needed
  • Help manage administration of shared training document sites and help maintain sales operation documents.
  • Document and train sales teams on new systems process procedures.
  • Create training that incorporates key elements of Adult Learning, including but not limited to written and recorded video aids, engagement exercises and assessments.
  • Help plan and publish annual Systems training schedule.
  • Create and execute structured trainings, in person and via Zoom, at regular intervals throughout the year.
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and operations teams to recognize the need for training content updates and revise training content regularly.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and / or three or more years experience in homebuilding industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Computer Skills:

  • KOVA software, preferred.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
