Roles And Responsibilities


  • Create an annual plan of attack that considers competitor market disruption, relevant market swings/adjustments and a minimum of 10% advancement in market share annually.
  • Develop and share best practices and business line specific information to Relationship Managers and administrative staff
  • Play the main role in Perform in-depth analysis of business plans, financial statements, revenue and profitability of companies to assess complex financial needs; negotiate loan structure and price with internal partners and prospects.
  • Leverage extensive relationship management skills to forge new partnerships with community-based economic development initiatives, regional government agencies, prospects and clients.
  • High volume of joint customer and prospect calling.
  • Prepare customized Power documents for each Government/Municipal pitch.
  • Create and manage a pipeline to be presented monthly.
  • Coordination of muni-technicians across the footprint (lenders and treasury management)
  • Play the main role in initiating strategy, removing roadblocks, coming up with creative solutions and closing each Government/Municipal lead.
  • Attend all Eco-Partnership and equivalent MM and BB meetings to build trust, share success stories and follow up on leads/next steps (prospect progression and closing progression). Be accountable for tracking/advancing the monthly referral progression and ensuring growth in referrals for the charter.


Qualifications And Education Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or similar area
  • Extensive experience in outbound calling, preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating internal efforts/employees, tracking and advancing pipelines, long term prospect progression and developing and supporting business line development and execution.
