1+ years of call center experience (Inbound and Outbound)

Knowledge of culture and values of community

Function as an advocate both pre and post HouseCalls visit

Educates member on gaps in care and assists with scheduling provider appointments

Job Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience Requirements

Demonstrated track record of project management skills.

Minimum of 3 years of management experience, including leading a team, preferred.

Demonstrated experience in effective relationship management and ability to instill confidence with internal and external key stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent time management, analytical and listening skills.

Job operates remotely from home office location, with occasional travel to hospital/medical environment.

Make decisions to approve or deny the extension of credit within set credit authority established by senior management and State/Federal laws

Knowledge consumer finance and banking environment

Knowledge of State and Federal regulatory requirements

Knowledge of sales, credit, and funding processes in consumer finance

Knowledge of the retail automobile finance industry

Capture automotive finance contracts that meet Americredit/GM Financial profitability criteria for pricing and performance

Previous experience in enterprise SaaS-Outstanding communication and project management skills-Flexible mindset with a #oneteam attitude

2-3 years of experience in client-facing role, bonus if it’s as an Implementation Specialist or Enterprise Implementation Manager
