The Zone Sales Leader (ZSL) is responsible to lead a market area team creating effective sales strategies, execute with excellence and deliver on accountabilities which play a critical role in the growth of our people and our company

What You Will Be Doing:

• Coach DSDE in market standards both at shelf and display to ensure adherence to brand and store guidelines.
• Engage and inspire associates to pursue the BBU vision for growth.
• Support achievement of zero workplace injuries by performing safety observations within the Grupo Bimbo (GB) safety platform and executing safety awareness programs.
• Build an engaged frontline through conducting business reviews, roundtables, and implementing action plans for continuous improvement.
• Ensure critical field sales initiatives are developed, managed, and executed effectively in the Zone Marketplace and Sales Centers

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred – High School diploma required - A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Travel is required, 15%

• Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word are required.
• Experience leading salaried associates with team responsibility.
• Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively negotiate and influence others.
• 7+ years management experience in all aspects of food sales or comparable industry.
