Shaping strategic plans for STXs existing trading businesses (RECs, (Voluntary) Carbon, Renewable Gas, Biofuels, etc.)

Working with the business on the implementation of the strategy (new processes, hiring, investments/partnerships, people development, etc.)

Supporting business development (setting up new business lines and expansion into new geographies)

1+ years of project experience with data analytics, project management, change management activities & assessment execution

Subject matter knowledge in areas of data analysis, digital transformation, change management

Strong communication and presentation skills

Knowledge of how to use Power BI, Microsoft software, Sharepoint, or other software tool.

Salary Range: $53,400.00 - $79,896.00. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications.
