4+ years experience in BSA/AML or Fraud related work, preferably in the payments space

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

Strong investigative skills, including familiarity with public record research and database tools

Perform evaluations of business opportunities and support Regional and BU strategy development through analysis of financials, markets and technologies

Drive growth and investment-, profit improvement and business recovery programs

Prepare and organize strategy workshops, collaborating with GLT members to determine, prioritize and prepare discussion items and support materials

Experience at a Management consulting firm

5-10 years of work experience

Able to manage projects independently and manage senior stakeholders

Shaping strategic plans for STXs existing trading businesses (RECs, (Voluntary) Carbon, Renewable Gas, Biofuels, etc.)

Working with the business on the implementation of the strategy (new processes, hiring, investments/partnerships, people development, etc.)

Supporting business development (setting up new business lines and expansion into new geographies)

Bachelor’s degree with minimum 7 - 9 finance / accounting or related experience

Provides strategic leadership and technical, operational, financial and managerial leadership for successful implementation of projects

Big 4 and/or Consulting experience highly preferable

Strong analytical skillset with ability to multi-task and work with efficiency a must

Strong oral and written communication skillset to effectively collaborate across the global organization a must

Cultivate cross functional relationships with key stakeholders and business partners to drive change in the organization
