Strategic Program Lead Jobs

Understanding of Program Management and Part Approval methods and styles utilized in automotive manufacturing. Experience with Vehicle OEM systems preferred.

Gather all critical requirements by the customer in terms of activities and timing.

5+ years of consulting-like experience and/or background at a large organization

Strong commercial acumen & communication skills

Working alongside the PMO lead, to interface across the SHERPA X business transformation program & SW Operations strategic project initiatives.

Process-oriented. You have exceptional organizational skills and enjoy building scalable operational processes

Experience with data access tools (e.g. Looker, SQL) required

6+ years of experience in operations, product or engineering

2+ years experience managing in a fast-paced setting

Experience managing to metrics and executing to move them

Experience going deep into complex systems to surface issues and rallying support to address them

Oversee budget management for the program, including approving purchases and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

Applying and Developing Expertise: Demonstrates depth of knowledge and skill and applies technical knowledge to solve a range of problems.

Provide supervision, support, and guidance to the LEAD case manager

Collaborate with the Volunteer Services department, schools and other groups to engage and manage volunteers.

Overall management and promotion of existing digital programs – including the Unlimited Plan subscription service model.

Provides monthly reporting and analytics indicating usage and insights into the performance of our programs for management and stakeholders.

Define, research, and implement ways to leverage technology to improve efficiency in our business processes with the management of our programs.

Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.

Manage fleet-level agile ceremonies and other meetings with core project team members, key stakeholders, and corporate leadership team members

10+ years’ experience supporting or delivering significant change programs in complex, global environments
