As a Strategic Program Manager, you will be an integral part of our Corporate Marketing Division supporting the Sales Teams and Channel Partners to ensure superior operational delivery for digital initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic cross-functional programs that include, but are not limited to, the following lifecycle activities sales subscription programs, sales enablement, commercialization/go-to-market activities, and eCommerce initiatives.


Additional tasks include providing regular status reporting, solution roadmap updates, supporting the change management process, assist with annual planning, and other responsibilities as assigned. This position will include interacting directly with Sales Leaders, Customer Operations Team, Product Managers, Finance, and the Legal team.


The ideal candidate is a motivated and strategic self-starter with leadership and management qualities that can work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with limited supervision. Candidate must be a fast learner who can quickly absorb the nuances of the industry and its main stakeholders.

  • Define, research, and implement ways to leverage technology to improve efficiency in our business processes with the management of our programs.
  • Comfortable developing and presenting presentations to both internal stakeholders and the dealer community.
  • Collaborate with the Field & Channel team to ensure that our programs enhance our relationship with our channel by making Kyocera “easy to work with” for our channel with these process improvements. This could involve proactive monitoring, gathering, and measuring of the voice of customers from both our dealer and direct business.
  • Development of eCommerce programs that can enhance Kyocera’s presence with this kind of business model through an approach that matches the company strategy and aligns with customers and partners.
  • Overall management and promotion of existing digital programs – including the Unlimited Plan subscription service model.
  • Provides monthly reporting and analytics indicating usage and insights into the performance of our programs for management and stakeholders.
  • Proactively assesses, tracks, and creates an analysis of the interaction with the existing programs for satisfaction, quality, and performance on an annual basis, proposing new additions to the programs when appropriate.
  • Development of new digital programs and business models that will drive organizational business results based on business strategic direction.


Required


  • Strong presentation skills and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to think strategically.
  • Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to be creative, analytical, and think outside the box to solve problems.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
  • Excellent people skills that will support the ability to cross-functionally collaborate, innovate, coordinate, and influence across the organization, and third parties.


Preferred


  • Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.
  • Developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or Marketing, or related discipline preferred.
  • Experience in an Agile environment is preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience within marketing preferred.
