Partner with Story Department Manager to supervise the Story Department by overseeing the following:

Developing the artists through guidance, mentorship, and skills training

Partner with Story Department Manager, Showrunners, and Producer to achieve the artistic and production objectives of the show

Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Story Artist

Control storyboard review according to the Director's requirements so as to meet the quality and grade requirements of the finished film.

Experience working as the Head of Story at an established animation studio.

Under the Director's vision, create two-dimensional storyboards and reasonably split the plot of the story.

Provide the Concept Designer with early composition references and layout arrangements through storyboard sketches.

Provide animators with initial rhythm references through dynamic storyboards and provide references for narrative and shot language.

Collaborate with other departments, maintain good communication within the team, and complete tasks efficiently so that the project stays on schedule.
